Ordering Details


We recommend placing all orders with a 48 hours’ notice to ensure availability. Large orders may require additional lead time.

We are available to place phone orders or answer any questions Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. Please call 206.855.6118 or email catering@heavyrestaurantgroup.com.


DELIVERY

Orders may be delivered or picked up at any of our restaurants. We offer free delivery to the following zip codes with a $150 minimum order (a $25 delivery fee applies to all orders under $150):

  • Bothell: 98028, 98021, 98011, 98072
  • Issaquah: 98027, 98029

A 12.5% service charge applies to all orders. For special delivery or deliveries outside of this area, please call our catering department at 206.855.6118 for pricing and information.

A setup fee may apply depending on the menu selections.


PAYMENTS

A credit card is required for billing when order is placed and will be charged on the day of your pick up/delivery. To pay on terms, with check or another form of payment, you must be a pre-approved client. Contact our Catering Department at 206.855.6118.

We do not accept cash upon delivery for payment.


CANCELLATIONS

Must be made 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled time or by Friday at 12pm for Monday orders (depending on size of order, cancellation time and fee varies). 

Order cancellations received within 24-48 hours of your delivery are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Please confirm with our catering department on exact fee (this ranges depending on the time you cancel the order).
